A signed solar proposal goes in; a fully provisioned job comes out across every core company platform. 76 automations across 20 platforms, 5,000+ staff hours reclaimed, the equivalent workload of 3–4 full-time roles eliminated.
In production
The energy-analysis tool a solar installation company runs in-house: it reads a power bill, prices the customer's real usage against the Australian energy market and forecasts wholesale prices. Its Amber Electric VPP estimate lands within $42 per year of real-world costs.
Delivered
An assistant for the people who run the company, typed or spoken. It asks the Job Adding System about any job over MCP, builds reports in code across the company’s platforms, and makes changes in Slack, the CRM and the work boards once they approve them, inside budgets that leave the automations their share.
Pilot on production
A mobile app sales consultants use on site. It reads the meter type, storeys, roof material, inverter label and power phases from the photos for the consultant to confirm, then builds the PDF and creates one quote per system option in the CRM under the consultant’s own name.
Job 360 for any job across every system, a Data health page for the mirror, on-demand reports, live actions behind a confirm, a job editor with an audit trail, revenue and stock forecasts, and a System module rendered from the automation catalog.
The whole Azure estate as code; Terraform and Bicep provisioning, GitHub Actions pipelines, Entra ID and Intune policy as code, secured zero-trust from endpoint to edge.
Custom GPU-trained computer-vision models that detect roofs from aerial imagery and automate solar system design—trained across entire cities. Turns raw imagery into roof outlines, including internal edges and geometry.
Built and deployed custom Salesforce Flows, Apex classes and integrations to measurably improve the overall client experience, translating the Director’s CX vision into practical, scalable and automated solutions.
